Isabella Brodeur

Supply Chain Management

    Biography

My name is Isabella Brodeur, and I am studying supply chain management as part of the 2028 Heath Integrated Business and Engineering Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UT). My interest in supply chain management stems from my recognition that the reliable flow of goods is essential for any business to succeed. Coming from a family with several engineers, I have also developed an appreciation for engineering and enjoy tackling math, science, and technical problems. When I discovered that UT offered an integrated program designed to develop professionals skilled in both fields, I was excited to join. I believe it is crucial to understand both the business and engineering aspects of a company, evaluate challenges from multiple perspectives, and communicate effectively across industries.

I have always been actively involved in student organizations and community service. At UT, I participate in several clubs, including Kappa Delta Sorority, where I hold a leadership role in recruitment. This position has strengthened my ability to communicate with and relate to people from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I am a member of Women of Haslam, which provides camaraderie and opportunities for professional growth. My commitment to service has been recognized through the President’s Volunteer Service Award Gold Medal from the White House—an honor that reflects my dedication to making a positive impact in my community and supporting others.

In both academics and employment, I approach every opportunity with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn. I take pride in being reliable, committed, self-motivated, and skilled at time management. Teamwork and professional communication are among my strengths, as I have successfully collaborated with large teams in the past. I am confident that my education will provide me with a solid foundation for the future while helping me develop the skills necessary to stand out in my career.
