Finance

    Biography

Born in the Bronx, NY, and raised in Mahopac, NY, I am currently studying Finance at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Growing up, I developed a strong work ethic by balancing academics, baseball, and part-time jobs—experiences that taught me the value of persistence, adaptability, and effective communication. These qualities have shaped my approach to challenges and remain central to my success in both academic and professional settings.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to connect with others and work effectively in team environments. From playing baseball to collaborating on group projects, I have learned that leadership is less about directing others and more about listening, supporting, and finding solutions together. Additionally, I value organization and discipline—qualities that have enabled me to manage multiple commitments while maintaining a long-term focus on my goals.

Baseball has been an important part of my life, teaching me discipline, teamwork, and how to perform under pressure—lessons that extend into my academic and professional pursuits. Whether on the field, in the classroom, or in my future career, I am motivated by competition, growth, and the opportunity to contribute to something greater than myself.

I chose to join the Heath Integrated Business and Engineering Program because I wanted to push myself beyond the traditional business curriculum and collaborate with engineering students who approach problems from a different perspective. The program’s emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration mirrors real-world scenarios where finance, engineering, and leadership intersect daily. I was drawn to the opportunity to grow not only as a business student but also as a problem-solver capable of bridging technical and financial thinking.

Looking ahead, my immediate professional goals include pursuing internships that provide exposure to financial services, real estate, or consulting. I am particularly interested in roles that combine analytical decision-making with strategic planning—such as financial analyst positions or advisory roles where I can work directly with businesses to solve challenges. In the long term, I aspire to open a financial advisory firm with my brothers. This venture would allow me to apply both my technical knowledge and entrepreneurial drive to help families and businesses plan for their futures.
