Steering Committee

The Heath Integrated Business & Engineering Program (IBEP) Steering Committee plays a vital role in providing guidance on the program based on the members’ years of industry experience. The members of the board are executives appointed by the Deans of the HCB and TCE. The committee members are responsible for providing an independent perspective, guidance and expertise on strategy, direction, continuing development and ongoing implementation of the program. They bring in-depth experience and expertise in support of the IBEP director.

Executive Roundtable

The Heath Integrated Business & Engineering Program Executive Roundtable is comprised of the members of the steering committee plus six others selected by the Deans from the two college advisory boards who support the IBEP director on an as-required basis. The roundtable members are also encouraged to provide feedback on: the scope, direction, and curricula of IBEP; connections to industry; 1:1 mentoring of students; on-campus speaking; thought leadership on complex systems approaches; management challenges; and emerging needs of businesses.
